You will manage your own varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout each stage of their transaction.Your caseload will include residential purchases and sales, with responsibility for reviewing searches, mortgage offers and survey reports, dealing with SDLT and Land Registry requirements, preparing contracts and transfer documents and coordinating exchange and completion.You will liaise regularly with clients, lenders, estate agents and other parties in the chain, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive clear, proactive and professional advice throughout.You will also benefit from the support of a full time, office based Conveyancing Assistant, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload and delivering excellent client service.
