You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and equity release transactionsShared ownership mattersNew build purchasesHelp to Buy transactionsLease extensions and variationsTransfers of equityMatrimonial transfersTitle investigations and reportingIn addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm.
