This full time Residential Conveyancer position in Nottinghamshire suits a legal professional with at least one year of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to handle volume alongside client care are essential. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience. RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/ILEX:
Managing a high-volume and varied caseload of good quality residential property instructions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered land. Meeting multiple tight deadlines, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care. Helping to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department. You will need + years’ experience within residential property, be self-motivated and highly organised, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team, strong communication and IT skills. Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous..
