      <description>Location: Brighton | Salary: 45000.00-45000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Specialist Property and Probate practice based in central Brighton (initially founded in the late 1800s) seeks additional Residential Property lawyer to join busy team (Hybrid Working) You will be joining a Residential Property team of 3 lawyers dealing with complex and HNW transactions for the firms clients which include dealing with the sales/purchases of freehold and leasehold seafront properties, the sale/purchase of land for development, new build properties, retirement flats and handling residential lease extensions. The firm does not handle any high volume/bulk Residential Property work nor do they pay referral fees, clients include FTBs, couples, elderly persons, and high-net worth individuals including developers, BTL investors and business owners. The firm are seeking either an experienced fee earning Paralegal, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join this busy and professional team.
