Residential Conveyancer

Specialist Property and Probate practice based in central Brighton (initially founded in the late 1800s) seeks additional Residential Property lawyer to join busy team (Hybrid Working) You will be joining a Residential Property team of 3 lawyers dealing with complex and HNW transactions for the firms clients which include dealing with the sales/purchases of freehold and leasehold seafront properties, the sale/purchase of land for development, new build properties, retirement flats and handling residential lease extensions. The firm does not handle any high volume/bulk Residential Property work nor do they pay referral fees, clients include FTBs, couples, elderly persons, and high-net worth individuals including developers, BTL investors and business owners. The firm are seeking either an experienced fee earning Paralegal, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join this busy and professional team.
