Residential Conveyancer

Brook Street is working with a large client that is seeking a Residential Conveyancer on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-remote role with a full-time, experienced legal assistant dedicated to assigned files.

Main duties:

• To work on a caseload mixture of freehold, leasehold, purchase, sale & re-mortgages.
• To deliver a high quality and efficient service to client base.
• To maintain compliance with legal and regulatory compliance.
• To handle all aspects of conveyance process.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):

Experience in Residential Conveyancing

Experience with leaseholds

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal & written communication skills
