You''ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions where required Reviewing titles, searches, and raising enquiries Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent client care About You: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner or equivalent experience in ..... full job details .....
