An established and growing legal firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Stratford-upon-Avon office. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executives with at least 2 years'' experience managing their own residential caseload. The Role You''ll manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages and associated residential matters Client, lender and estate agent liaison HM Land Registry matters File management and compliance Working towards agreed financial and performance targets Supporting business development and client relationships You''ll work closely with the Head of Conveyancing and wider team, with dedicated Paralegal support to help you manage your caseload effectively.
