Residential Conveyancer

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing team based in Annitsford, Cramlington.You will be responsible for managing a variety of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy, freehold purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build developments.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Running your own caseload of property transactions dealing with all stages of the conveyancing process from quote to post completion.Dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisers, and other solicitors.Providing administrative support as required.Ensuring CQS compliance on your files.The ideal candidate will have:At least two years of experience handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.Strong knowledge of the conveyancing processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet deadlines.The ability to work using their own initiative and make decisions, along with the ability to work in a team environment.To apply, please submit your CV to ..... full job details .....
