Brook Street is working with a large client that is seeking a Residential Conveyancer on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-remote role with a full-time, experienced legal assistant dedicated to assigned files.Responsibilities

To work on a caseload mixture of freehold, leasehold, purchase, sale and re-mortgages.To deliver a high quality and efficient service to client base.To maintain compliance with legal and regulatory compliance.To handle all aspects of conveyance process.Qualifications
