Working as part of a specialist unit focused on residential development transactions, you will manage a varied caseload with a particular emphasis on part exchange matters linked to national housebuilders. This role is ideal for a confident conveyancer who can independently handle transactions from instruction through to completion, including both freehold and leasehold properties. You will play a key role in delivering fast-paced, high-quality work in line with client expectations for efficiency and turnaround.
