Residential Conveyancer Location: Newcastle upon TyneSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annumLooking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious North East Law Firm and lead a busy Conveyancing Department you will be part of an extremely supportive and exprienced team. Key Duties and Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into the title and legal status of residential properties to identify any issues or restrictions affecting the transaction.Prepare, review and manage all conveyancing documentation including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage deeds.Provide clear and accurate advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process, legal implications and timescales.Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient transaction progress.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory standards and professional guidelines.Manage the exchange of contracts and completion processes, including the calculation and handling of financial transactions.Identify and resolve any issues arising during the conveyancing process, escalating where necessary.Maintain accurate records and case management systems to ensure efficient workflow and reporting.Keep updated with changes in property law and conveyancing best practise to provide the highest standard of service.
