Residential Property Lawyer 2-5PQE - Onsite 3 months then hybridWimbledon, London | up to £65kAre you a residential Lawyer ready to take the next step in your career within a highly regarded boutique firm?Our client is a leading London firm with an outstanding reputation for residential and commercial conveyancing. Their collaborative team are seeking a confident and experienced 2- 5PQE+ residential solicitor to join them. You’ll enjoy the opportunity for career progression and a friendly and hard working culture.The Role:Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.Advise clients on high value sales and purchases, financing and de-enveloping on houses, flats and off plan new builds.Work on Transfer of Equity and Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions and have New Build and Leasehold ExpertisePlay a key part in a collaborative and supportive residential property team.What You’ll Bring:A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least 2-5PQE in Residential PropertyStrong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing processProven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety ActProven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactionsOrganised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focusAlways striving to deliver excellent client care serviceProfessional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhy This Firm?You’ll join a friendly and ambitious firm that combines a supportive culture with top-tier work, flexibility, and progression.
