Because of the nature of our support, you must be a car driver who is flexible and ready to travel up to an hour to reach our various homes in the Penrith, Carlisle, Wigton, Kendal, and Workington areas.What will you be doing?You''ll be providing crucial support within residential homes, helping children navigate their daily lives in a safe and nurturing environment. Whether you are working day shifts, waking nights, or shifts involving sleep-ins, your presence will provide the stability and care these children truly need.QualificationsMin 6 Months of experience working directly within residential children''s homes.Specific experience supporting children who have experienced trauma.Full, clean driving license and access to a car (mandatory).Right to work in the UK for full-time hours (no visa sponsorships are available, and this role cannot accommodate ..... full job details .....
