Role: Residential Childrens Support Worker (Agency)
Pay: GBP15 - GBP17 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Agency)
Location: Norwich

The Role:
As a Residential Childrens Support Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day care and wellbeing of the young people in our care. You will:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children
- Assist with daily routines such as school runs, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and behavioural support strategies.
- Conduct regular key work sessions with the young people
- Support children in overcoming personal challenges and achieving their goals.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to reports on the childrens progress and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with children to foster trust and stability.
- Managing challenging behaviour with a calm and patient approach.
- Encouraging and promoting the development of life skills.
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Liaising with the appropriate agencies who are involved in the young persons care
