We are recruiting Children''s Home Support Workers to join our team at The Drive, a residential home supporting children and young people with disabilities, including learning difficulties and autism. As part of our team, you''ll build meaningful relationships with children, support them in their daily routines and interests, and help them develop confidence and independence. You''ll play a key role in promoting emotional wellbeing and advocating for their voices to be heard in decisions about their lives. You''ll need: Resilience and emotional strength to support children with complex needs. A good understanding of Ofsted Children''s Homes regulations and guidance. A Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People Workforce (Social Care or Residential Child Care), or a willingness to complete this within two years.
