Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in your care. Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. Support children with daily routines, education, social activities, and life skills development. Implement care plans and support strategies tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development. Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure high standards of care. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.
