Within this role you will be supporting a range of young people that may have challenging or criminal behaviour, risk to themselves or others or remanded by the courts to reside in secure accommodation. The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience of working within residential childcare settings and Secure Homes. Effective communications in relation to report writing and verbal communication with staff and children. Hands on and forward thinking. A professional and caring nature. Confident and able to speak up where appropriate The ability to engage with young people in a positive and proactive manner.
