These homes support young people stepping down from hospital and secure settings and operate within solo placement environments, with additional support available from Registered Mental Health Nurses. Shift Pattern: • 7:00am – 7:15pm • 7:00pm – 7:15am • Mixture of waking nights and sleep-ins • Structured rotas with blocks of day shifts and night shifts to provide consistency Requirements: • Level 3 or Level 4 qualification relevant to residential childcare / care • Previous care or residential support experience • Full UK driving licence (work vehicles available) • Comfortable supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, or mental health needs Experience within complex behaviours, trauma-informed practice, or mental health environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
