The Role We re looking for a Residential Childcare Worker Night Duty to join our dedicated team in Ayr. Working as part of the night team, you ll provide a safe, calm and supportive environment for the children and young people in our care throughout the night. You ll be someone who understands the importance of consistency, reassurance and creating a sense of security, particularly for children who may have experienced trauma, instability or challenging circumstances.
