You''ll work in one of our small, community-based houses alongside a great team, with children attending our new purpose-built school nearby. In this role, you''ll: Build strong, supportive relationships Help children with daily routines and activities Support care plans and work closely with Lead Practitioners Focus on the why behind behaviours, not just the what We''re looking for someone who has: An HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3 (or is working towards them) Experience in care or education A full manual driving licence there''ll be outings!
