What you will do Deliver high-quality care in line with policies, standards and best practice Support children and young people with routines, education and personal development Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Contribute to assessments, care planning and outcome-focused reviews Safeguard and advocate for children and young people at all times Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals Maintain accurate records and reports About you You will have a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people and an understanding of the challenges they may face.
