We are looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our Children and Family Services as Support Practitioners. This is a maternity cover position for up to 1 year. In this role, you will support children and young people in a residential setting, helping them feel safe, develop confidence and build skills for the future. What you''ll be doing Supporting children and young people with day-to-day careBuilding positive relationships and offering emotional supportEncouraging participation in activities and routinesWorking with colleagues to maintain a safe environmentSupporting care plans and maintaining records About you You will have experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals and bring a positive, patient and consistent approach. You will be able to work as part of a team, follow guidance and respond appropriately in different situations. You will be willing to learn, develop your skills and take on responsibility within the role.
