Residential Childcare Worker

As a Support Practitioner within our Children and Family Services, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people to feel safe, build trust and achieve positive outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you will support young people in a residential setting. Some days will be rewarding and full of progress. Others will be more challenging. What matters is your ability to stay consistent, calm and focused on building relationships.
