Residential Childcare Worker

Overview

Reference No: CSTAOC. Temporary position in Bristol with opportunities in surrounding areas. This role is with a Residential Children’s Home and includes day and night shifts, full-time or part-time hours, and flexible working patterns. The pay rate is between £14-£ per hour. Closes: September 29, 2025.Responsibilities

Support the Residential Children’s Home and assist with daily activities, outings, meals and chores.Provide care and emotional support to young people, including supporting with behavioural challenges.Assist with life skills development (e.g., cooking, cleaning, educational resources) and pastoral support.Work under supervision of permanent staff and participate in day trips and outings as required.Qualifications and Skills

Experience in care, ideally with young people.Training in care is preferred; a qualification in Residential Children’s Work would be advantageous.Benefits and Training
