Job Role: Residential Childcare Trainer Assessor Also considering Deputy Managers, Registered Managers and Senior Residential Practitioners seeking a career change Location: North West England (Hybrid with Regional Travel) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Role Overview Are you an experienced Residential Childcare professional looking to move away from shifts, on-call responsibilities and the demands of frontline care, whilst still making a positive difference to young people''s outcomes? We are recruiting a passionate and motivated Residential Childcare Trainer Assessor to support learners undertaking Residential Childcare qualifications up to Level 5 across the North West. This opportunity is ideal for an existing Trainer Assessor, but we are equally keen to hear from experienced Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Residential Childcare Practitioners looking to transition into learning and development. Working in a hybrid role, you will support learners through their qualification journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to excel within Residential Childcare settings. Full training and support can be provided to achieve the Level 3 CAVA qualification if you do not currently hold an assessor award.
