This hybrid role combines remote delivery with face-to-face learner support, requiring travel across the North West. As a Residential Childcare Trainer / Assessor , you will manage a caseload of approximately 50 learners, supporting them from induction through to timely completion. You will play a key role in developing learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours, ensuring they meet occupational standards while delivering a high-quality, compliant and engaging learning experience.
