Residential Childcare Officer

This is a demanding yet deeply rewarding role within a supportive environment where you will help provide stability, advocacy and care to children and young people who need it most. We have opportunities available across the residential provision, including homes supporting young people with complex behaviours and Short Break homes supporting children and young people with disabilities or complex health needs. You will build meaningful relationships with children and young people helping them develop confidence, independence and life skills within a stable home environment.This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £28132 along with enhancements for sleep-in shifts which are paid at £43.12 per shift and an overtime rate of time and a quarter for anything above 37 hours.
