We are recruiting a motivated and supportive Residential Childcare Trainer Assessor to deliver and assess Level 4 and Level 5 Residential Childcare qualifications across the West of England region. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Trainer Assessor, but we are equally keen to hear from experienced Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Residential Childcare Practitioners who are looking to transition into Learning and Development. As a Residential Childcare Trainer Assessor, you will support learners throughout their qualification journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress within the Residential Childcare sector while maintaining the highest standards of care and practice. If you have strong sector experience but no assessing qualification, full support will be provided to gain the Level 3 CAVA qualification.
