Residential Child Care worker

Full time 37 hoursTypical shift patterns: 10am - 10pm,sleep-in followed by a 7am - 11am CLOSING DATE 19th July INTERVIEW COMMENCING 20th July We are looking for a Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our 4 bed home in Reading. We welcome applications from both Qualified, experienced childcare workers and unqualified individuals who would like a change in direction.We are proud to have achieved an outstanding Ofsted rating for the past two consecutive years and are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our team. The role includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and regular sleep-in duties (1-2 per week), with an additional allowance of £50 per sleep-in.This role can be challenging, with difficult days and stressful moments, but it is also incredibly rewarding.
