This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a residential environment and enjoys working independently. Key Responsibilities: General upkeep and maintenance of the development and communal areas Carrying out regular site inspections Litter picking and keeping external areas clean and tidy Sweeping and mopping communal areas Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs Basic painting and decorating Monitoring lighting and reporting any faults Managing refuse and recycling arrangements Liaising with contractors and allowing access to the site when required Carrying out routine health, safety and building checks Maintaining onsite equipment and storage areas Seasonal grounds and external maintenance Providing a friendly and professional service to residents and visitors The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, facilities, cleaning or similar role Good general maintenance knowledge An understanding of Health and Safety Good communication and organisational skills Excellent time...
