This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Care Worker (RCW) who is passionate about supporting children and young people and wants to develop a long-term career within residential childcare. The organisation operates two established children''s residential homes in Littleover, both currently rated Good by Ofsted, and is continuing to grow its team. About the Role As a Residential Care Worker, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people. You will play an important role in supporting their emotional, physical, educational and independent development, while helping to create a safe, nurturing and positive home environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing, safeguarding and protection of children and young people.
