Residential Care Support Worker Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour Location: Forest Gate, East London Salary: £26,000 £26,500 per annum + Overtime Job Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: 7:30am 10:00pm 1 Day On, 2 Days Off About the Role We are recruiting for a confident, compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join an established residential care provider based in Forest Gate, East London. The home supports approximately 9 adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge, providing a person-centred environment focused on promoting independence, personal development and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge. Promote independence, choice and dignity, encouraging residents to develop confidence and essential daily living skills. Support residents with personal care, daily routines and individual goals. Plan, organise and participate in community activities, recreational outings and social experiences.
