The Role Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys Diagnose building defects and provide expert advice to homeowners Deliver domestic project work including refurbishments and extensions Manage contract administration duties from inception to completion Advise on Party Wall matters and neighbourly issues Support and mentor more junior colleagues as the team grows What They''re Looking For Strong experience carrying out residential surveys Excellent knowledge of residential construction and building pathology Experience of domestic project work and contract administration A client-focused, commercially minded and personable approach Party Wall, valuations or Principal Designer experience would be advantageous What''s in It for You?
