Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocks and developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager or Residential Property Manager looking to join a professional property business where you will have responsibility for your own portfolio and develop strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, freeholders and contractors. The Role As Block Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential blocks across Essex and London, ensuring each development is well maintained, compliant and managed to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of residential blocks and developments across Essex and London. Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, freeholders, RMCs and other stakeholders. Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying maintenance, repair and improvement requirements. Managing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
