Residential Block Manager

Block Manager Location: BelgraviaWorking Pattern: Monday-Friday Full-Time On-SiteSalary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE The Opportunity A well-established and growing property management business is looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join its London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with a strong background in block management, alongside experience managing individual flats and AST properties. The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied residential portfolio, working closely with landlords, leaseholders, tenants, residents and contractors to ensure properties are professionally managed, well maintained and compliant. The Role This is a hands-on Property Management position covering both individual residential properties and an expanding block management portfolio. The portfolio currently includes approximately 60 individual flats, predominantly located in Prime Central London, as well as a growing block management portfolio which has expanded significantly over recent years. The blocks are primarily converted residential properties held on long leases, with the role involving a strong focus on maintenance coordination, contractor management and service charge reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of residential properties, including individual flats and blocks. Oversee the day-to-day management of AST properties.
