This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years PQE or for a Residential Conveyancer looking to transition into commercial property work with full support and training provided.ROLEYou will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions and leases, drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documentsYou will be a Qualified Solicitor or a seasoned Residential or Commercial Property Conveyancer.You must be able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision and have good communication and client care skillsFor Residential Conveyancers Looking to Retrain:-We welcome applications from experienced residential conveyancers who are keen to develop their career in commercial property.
