Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor

We''re working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team. This is a great role for someone who''s confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters. What you''ll be doing You''ll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:Residential and commercial property transactionsManaging files from instruction through to completionDrafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentationLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third partiesSupporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing mattersSpotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions movingKeeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughoutWhat we''re looking forQualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancingExperience across both residential and commercial property (ideal)Confident managing your own caseload independentlyStrong communication and client care skillsOrganised, proactive and able to work at paceComfortable using case management systemsA practical, problem-solving approachWhat''s on offerCompetitive salary depending on experienceSupportive team with strong local reputationOpportunity to work closely with a Head of Branch roleA busy but well-structured caseloadGenuine scope to develop and grow within the firmIf you would be interested in finding out more about this ..... full job details .....
