This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with prior property experience to join a friendly and professional team.The RoleThe successful Paralegal will work closely with a Partner, assisting on a range of residential and commercial property matters while helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.Key responsibilities will include:Assisting the Partner with a variety of residential and commercial conveyancing mattersPreparing legal documentation, contracts and correspondenceOpening and managing client files, ensuring compliance procedures are followedLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third partiesConducting property searches and preparing reportsSupporting with exchange and completion processesGeneral administrative support within the property departmentRequirementsPrevious experience in a residential or commercial property paralegal role is essentialStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA proactive and professional approach to supporting a senior fee ..... full job details .....
