You will play a key role in delivering a consistently high standard of client service while working independently and supporting colleagues where needed.The RoleCase ManagementHandle a full and varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold and freehold mattersKeep files, records, and systems accurately maintained and up to dateEnsure transactions progress smoothly and in a timely manner from start to finishDrafting and Technical WorkPrepare contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and other legal documentationReview titles, leases, searches, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and complianceProvide clients with clear and concise reports on titleClient ServiceCommunicate effectively with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetingsOffer straightforward, easy-to-understand adviceManage client appointments and oversee the signing of documentsDeliver a high level of service to build lasting client relationshipsLiaison and CoordinationWork closely with estate agents, lenders, brokers, surveyors, solicitors, and local authoritiesDeal ..... full job details .....
