We’re seeking a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in Thame. This role offers high-quality work, real responsibility, and a clear path towards Partnership or Director level.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion while building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handling commercial property matters including leases, licences, and assignments
• Supporting acquisitions and refinancing transactions
• Drafting contracts, leases, and key legal documents
• Preparing reports on title for clients and lenders
• Delivering excellent client service throughout

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in property
• Strong residential conveyancing experience, with some commercial exposure
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress long-term
