Resident Wellbeing Manager Richmond, South West London £37,000 + excellent benefits Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm Are you currently working in care, supported housing or community support and looking for a role where you can really make a difference to people s lives? We are looking for compassionate, organised and proactive individuals to join a highly respected charitable organisation supporting elderly residents aged 65+ within beautiful almshouse communities in Richmond. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the main point of contact for residents, helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment while encouraging independence and wellbeing. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in: Care homes Domiciliary care Care agencies Supported housing Retirement living Community support Resident or customer-facing care environments Being a: scheme manager, living coordinator, welbeing manager etc Previous Scheme Manager experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from a care or support background into a more community focused role.
