The Role As a Resident Support Worker, you will work within a residential setting, supporting residents on a day-to-day basis while promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support to residents. Encouraging independent living skills and personal development. Supporting residents with daily living tasks where required. Building positive, professional relationships. Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
