Working across home, office and community settings, you will manage a caseload of residents, providing face-to-face support, advice and advocacy to help them overcome barriers and sustain their tenancy. Key Responsibilities Complete support assessments and create action plans. Provide advice on benefits, budgeting, grants and income maximisation. Support residents at risk of rent arrears or tenancy issues. Advocate on behalf of residents with external agencies. Assist residents with employment, wellbeing and fuel poverty concerns.
