You''d be joining a friendly on-site team in a building designed around community and customer experience. The role As Resident Services Associate you are the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You''ll cover reception and meet and greet, handle enquiries and the occasional complaint, and keep the day-to-day running of the building smooth. It''s a varied, people-first role that blends customer service with the practical side of property and lettings.
