What You''ll Be DoingAs the face of the accommodation, you''ll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience at all times.Your duties will include:Managing the front reception desk and welcoming residents and visitorsHandling incoming parcels, deliveries and postResponding to emails and general enquiriesProviding day-to-day administrative supportUpdating the site''s Instagram page with appropriate and engaging contentAssisting with the planning and delivery of resident events and activitiesSupporting students with general enquiries and directing issues appropriatelyCarrying out ad hoc housekeeping and site support dutiesHelping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment ..... full job details .....
