The role As Resident Night Host, you''ll be the warm, capable presence residents rely on through the evening greeting people as they arrive home, handling queries, managing parcels and deliveries, and keeping the building''s communal spaces looking their best. You''ll carry out regular walkabouds to keep the scheme safe and well-presented, be the first point of contact if something needs attention, and hand over cleanly to the day team so nothing slips through the cracks.
