Resident Liaison Officer

Vanbrugh Group are currently assisting one of our main contractor clients to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) into their business. The company are a leading and highly respected local authority refurbishment contractor operating in the Kent region. Following continued expansion through repeat business they have been successful in securing long term, guaranteed work in the Canterbury and surrounding areas. The works form part of the SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) and primarily involve energy efficiency measures such as improving insulation, installing heat pumps, and solar panels in order to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in social housing properties. Working as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for the company you will be the point of contact for residents whilst work is being undertaken to their homes. Communication is of paramount importance in this role, ensuring clear and efficient liaison between residents and the site construction teams. To succeed in the role you will need to be highly motivated, organised and have a positive mindset. A background in customer service and resident liaison/ satisfaction would be a distinct advantage.
