The Role As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed throughout the works and helping to ensure projects run smoothly. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project Keeping residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and programme changes Carrying out resident visits and maintaining regular communication Dealing with queries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve issues Supporting residents who may be affected by the works Maintaining accurate records of resident communication and enquiries Assisting with newsletters, notices and other resident communications Building positive relationships with residents and ensuring a high level of customer service About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer or ..... full job details .....
