You will ensure that residents are fully informed and supported throughout the duration of planned maintenance and refurbishment works. Key Responsibilities: Resident Engagement: Conduct pre-start surveys and home visits to introduce the works and explain the process to residents. Communication: Distribute letters, notices, and newsletters to keep the community updated on project timelines.
